In the Driveway
The day opens on the phone: today's stops in order, one tap to navigate, and the on-my-way text to the customer. At the car, the mechanic runs a photo inspection, adds line items, and takes payment before pulling away, by keyed card, a card on file, a text-to-pay link, Apple Pay, PayPal, Venmo or ACH.
In a parking garage or a dead zone, none of that stops. The Vehicle Is the Record
Type a plate and state, or a VIN, in the office, in the app or on the booking page, and the year, make, model, trim and engine fill in.
